• Presently working as Lead engineer for HRSG (6 nos), Auxiliary boiler (4 nos) and Flue gas cooler (2 nos) for Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Limited, India for their client Reliance JERP and Bechtel.

• Design & detail engineering of Bi-Drum boiler for Thermax Babcock & Wilcox Limited, India for their client AB Grain, Punjab.

• Drawing extraction and model revision for SNC-Lavalin and

• BSSL Air separation unit for Air Liquide India Pvt. Ltd, Hyderabad.

I am responsible for the above projects for planning, scheduling and co-ordination with client. Attending review / technical meetings with Thermax, Bechte and Air Liquidel. Customization of piping specs, assistance to designers for the projects. I am handling a group of 25 engineers / designers presently with five projects.

• MTO and detail engineering for OPIC, Petrofac – Sharjah.

• MTO for Azar, Petrofac – Sharjah.

• IDOM, Spain for under ground piping layout.

• MTO for KNPC proposal project, Petrofac-Sharjah for 3221 lines with 20 Engineers / Designers. Assisting Engineers / designers for preparation of Isometrics, material take-off, loading data for pipe rack, conceptual layout and schematic drawings. Planning, scheduling and co-ordination with client.

• Drawing composition, extraction and report generation for Petrofac, India for their Kasagan project.

With a team of 25 engineers / Designers for extraction of GAD’s, report generation (Instrument list, support list, specialties and line list) for about 896 drawings. I was responsible for project setup, importing models, co-ordination with client and submitting drawings. Assisting PDS designers for creating drawings, report generation, random checking of drawings / models with NavisWorks and study of model.

•Oxygen plant for Air Liquide

Assisting designer for equipment and piping modeling, customization and RDB

•Waste heat boiler plant for
THERMAL SYSTEMS (HYDERABAD) PVT. LTD., Hyderabad.

Worked for OUTO KUMPU, GmbH on behalf of Thermal systems. My responsibilities were to prepare plot plan, RDB customization for PDS, equipment layout, piping layout, support detailing, assisting designers for equipment, piping modeling and drawing manager. Achieving targets deliverables. Co-ordination with TSPL and OUTO KUMPU.

•Purulia pumped storage project for
TPSC (INDIA) PVT. LTD (Wholly owned subsidiary of Toshiba Plant Systems & Services Corporation, Tokyo, Japan), Hyderabad.

Working for the above project on behalf of TSPC. My responsibilities are to assist the designers for modeling of all equipments and structure in PDS. Co-ordination with the client.

•SMPO, MPG and POLY project for
CPSC NANHAI PETROCHEMICALS PROJECT at Huizhou, China.

Worked as Test pack coordinator in the site. I was responsible for test package review for hydro, pneumatic, service and visual test. Co-ordination with sub-contractors and others disciplines.

• Styrene Monomer and Propylene Oxide plant for
CPSC NANHAI PETROCHEMICALS PROJECT at Huizhou, China.

Worked for the above project as a Sr. Piping Designer / Checker. My responsibilities, preparation of Unit plot plan, study sketches, nozzle orientation for columns / vessels, detailed sketches for other disciplines. Equipment modeling and piping modeling on PDS.

Worked for Compressor area, Reactor area, Columns design / modeling, piping modeling, Iso extraction, support design, Vendor drawing review and model review with client. Co-ordination with other disciplines and technical / software (PDS) assistance to designers.

Worked for the above project and I was assigned to TPK Engineering & Construction Sdn Bhd, Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, which is a part of TOSHIBA PLANT KESETSU CO., LTD, TOKYO, JAPAN. (September ’01 to March ’02)

Worked for the above project on PDS, developing 3D models for piping, equipments for power house, HRSG, balance of plant, hangers design, and 2D general arrangement drawings from 3D models, Isometrics, updating RDB and also handling Project Administration.
