My main speciality within the fluid mechanics is multiphase flow technology. Further I have experience with multiphase modelling and transient thermo-hydraulic fluid flow simulation techniques.
I have knowledge of reservoir fluid behaviour, phase equilibrium and fluid properties. Working knowledge of process and flow simulation tools such as Fluent, PipeSim, Hysis, PVTSim and OLGA 5. Knowledge and experience with production chemistry issues, assessment of the fluid thermodynamic/phase behaviour and the likelihood of gas hydrates, wax, and asphaltene disposition/precipitation. Also knowledge of other key flow assurance issues such as emulsions, erosion, corrosion and slugging.
Experience with the design, analysis and troubleshooting of multiphase subsea pipeline, e.g. tiebacks and product transport lines.
