• Perform tasks and organize the O&P Inspection Department (O&P ID) work.
• Efficient management of the O&P ID daily activities
• Participation in negotiations with the Head Office officials & local management
• Participation in business negotiations with the Clients
• Daily negotiations and instruction the Country Managers of the Caspian Region
• Daily controlling the entire Caspian Region O&P operations activity
• Daily reporting both the UK & Swiss Inspectorate International offices on the job performed
• Responsible for the Contracts drawing up and execution
• Drawing up the Reports, issuing the Pro-form of Invoices and all related as required.

☑ Responsible for all types of in-house as well as in-the-field operations related to independent surveyors inspections of crude oil and petroleum operations in the region of Caspian field. Professionally perform all tasks such as sampling, measuring, calculating, converting and comparing different standards (ASTM, API, IP and GOST). Also perform technical suitability inspection of RTC’s, Vessels and Shore Tanks, participated in calibration and suitability inspection of AIOC’s shore tanks in Sangachal in both 1997 and 2000. Participate in Suitability inspection of Middle East Petrol Farm FZE (MEPF) shore tanks in Dubendy in 2003. In 2003 I participated in cartography and calculating of all pipelines located in the North Absheron Port operated by MEPF. The group of inspectors consisted of 8 (eight) inspectors and supervised by myself.

Counted oil and oil products on various types of vessels with deadweight within the range of 3 000 mt to 150 000 mt Responsible for compliance to all applicable safety rules and regulations of subordinates. Since mid-1998 to mid-1999, I worked as a senior inspector supervising inspectors and junior inspectors, problem solving.
