•Preparing datasheets/ specifications for Condensate Flash Drums, Flares, Closed Drain Drum
•Preparing Requisition for Quotation (RFQ’S) and Purchase specification.

•Preparing Technical Bid evaluation, Technical Query sheets.
•Reviewing vendor documents and drawings.

- Supervision of the vendor to ensure design, procurement and commissioning of packaged systems, mechanical equipment, in line with the requirements of the client and within the project schedule.
- Accountable for the quality of technical work and for the technical integrity, constructability, functionality, safe operation and reliability of the package and mechanical systems. Participate in technical and safety reviews (e.g. HAZOP, SAFOP reviews) to ensure HSE compliance and technical integrity in design.
- Ensuring that the package and mechanical systems interface meet the requirements of the process, piping, instrumentation, electrical engineering disciplines.
- Providing input to regulatory and certification requirements to ensure timely approvals.
- Monitoring the costs and schedule for package and mechanical engineering work to ensure the overall project cost and schedule is met.
In all this activities also: evaluation of bids, checking stress calculations and drawings from vendors.
