I have experience on piping & pipelines over sixteen years at many sites which you can see below shortly listed. The chance to work with worldwide contractors over the past sixteen years helped me to gain an excellent international experience in PIPELINE and PIPING sites in a variety of plants, i.e. Natural Gas, Crude Oil, Sulphur Recovery, Polypropylene. I am familiar with ASME B31.8, B31.3, BP 192, and API 1104.using PipeDataPRO

Tekfen Construction & Installation Co. 2005 - Present
Pipeline & Piping Chief Engineer (Head of Mechanical Group)
I am working in Doha in Qatar for RMETP (ethane gas) pipeline EPIC project for Qatar Petroleum, which are 120 km of 20” and 12 km of 24” in diameter including 10 of stations at various kilometres between. I am also responsible for all the mechanical items like fabrication & installation of under/g and above/g piping, equipment installation and fabrication &erection of structural steel at the stations.

Piping Superintend
I worked in the Spool Fabrication Shop at Tengiz oilfield, Kazakhstan. I was responsible for the fabrication of piping and pipe supports for SGP&SGI projects. Both projects scale was about fabrication of 9,500 ton pipe spools within a year. We were the main contractor for TengizChevroil which is sister company of Chevron.

Piping Group Chief
I was responsible for all the mechanical and piping work in “Yard Upgrade Project” in Azerbaijan for BP. We completed the installation of a total of 12,000 meters of u/g fire waterline, heating system lines, hot water and potable waterlines, and utility airlines. Equipment installation and mounting of the tanks in the utility building were also part of the scope of work. I was mainly involved in generating method statements and risk assessments for the activities.
I also worked in Sangachal Terminal for BP in Azerbaijan. I completed the piping work in additional Train-5 unit including 16 hot taps in the live process plant.

Gama Construction Co. 1999-2002
Piping Engineer
I worked as the site erection superintend for GAMA in Hawiyah Gas Plant, Saudi Arabia, in the construction of a Sulphur Recovery Unit (SRU) for TPL/Italy for Saudi ARAMCO. We have completed 3600 tons of piping, vessels and boilers installations under very strict safety regulations.
Prior to this job, I worked as the site erection superintend in Al-Jubail in the construction of a Polypropylene Plant (a turn-key project for American PARSONS CO). This work comprised 1600 tons of piping, installation of the reactor and storage tanks for IBN-ZAHR Company.

I worked in the pipe fabrication shop in Tengiz oilfield, Kazakhstan. I was responsible for the pre-fabrication of pipe spools and pipe supports for the Debottlenecking project (large revision of the sulphur recovery plant) for TENGIZCHEVROIL. I also transferred and worked for spool erection on site after I completed fabrication .

I began in engineering design office as Natural Gas Network design engineer and then became chief of this group in corporation with Gas De France as the official consulting company for two years.We were using carpathe software to calculate pipeline characteristics.Then after my position changed to the site management
I managed to set up a several inspection team and installed 24”, 20" CS under/g pipeline of about 258 km for distribution of natural gas and 2000 km of polyethylene under/g pipeline in Istanbul city.
