• Offshore structure like jacket, piles, platform, decks, bridges, pipe way/jetty trestle & piping
• Desalination and power plant equipment like evaporators, boiler drums, water wall panels, super heater coil, headers and other boiler auxiliaries.
• All welding activities by GTAW, SMAW, FCAW, SAW and GMAW process
• Welding knowledge of material like CS, ITCS, alloy steel all type of stainless steel and special material like incolloy, monel, inconel, hast alloy, tilatnum, nickel alloy, cuni etc.
• Knowledge of overlay and clad restoration of SS, Monel coupro nickel and inconel.

- Preparation of welding procedure specifications (WPS), procedure qualification records (PQR) to various codes like ASME/ANSI, API & AWS.
- Conducting welder performance qualification as per the above codes.
- Monitoring performance of the welder through various NDT methods.
- Daily inspection of weldments, welding parameter checking, interpretation RT films, PWHT, witnessing hydro and pneumatic tests.
- Repair attending and eliminating weld defects by taking adequate precautionary measures Preparation of weld maps, maintaining of weld records,
