Job Description
 In-charged in the whole operation of Admin. Section. Also, for the manpower allocation of all department.

Responsibilities
 To facilitate all instruction from Taiwan, with regards to the operation of the Company.
 To report directly to President.

 To supervised the admin. Section in the following:
1. Hiring of new employees
 Responsible to oversee the activities of the whole Company from Admin., Production area, Production Engineering to Warehouse Department.
 To monitor the Process of the Production as will as to the flow of Raw Materials and its availability.

 My duties are to coordinate with our mother company in Taiwan in terms of Production Forecasts, Materials needed either in Office or in the Production.
 Responsible to report directly to the President for the daily and monthly activities of the company.
 Responsible to coordinate with our local suppliers of Production materials etc.
 Responsible to call a meeting with the STAFF to discuss with them the Plans for the next Week or Month Production.
 Responsible to monitor the activities of all departments with regards to their daily output.
