I was working in the design and construction of the new jetties of the El Palito Refinery (Petroleos de Venezuela. PDVSA) with capacity for tankers of 110000 tons of displacement advising the Management of the Project for the development of the structures and marine facilities (Fender, buoys, load arms, pipelines, rigs of safety, evaluations, fire system, etc), after this I was the start-up coordinator of the project to tranfer the marine facilities, operational procedures, emergency and safety, marine policies of the company and standards, contingency plans for spills, check verification list, hydrostatic tests of pipes and load arms, control rooms, patio of tanks, pumping systems, etc.
These facilities were developed for the load and discharge of crude oil, ballast, clean and dirty products, chemical products (BTX) and LPG.
You can read in the International Guide to Port Entry of the years 1997 at the 2002 that were elaborated by my person for PDVSA El Palito Refinery
When the delivery of the project finished I continued working by PDVSA until January 2003 as Marine terminal Superintendent .
