Project description:

Mono ethylene glycol (MEG) of 303,000 tpa capacity of IOC's Panipat naphtha cracker project. Samsung is working as EPC contractor. The scope of work for the project are Project Management, Residual Basic Design, Engineering, Procurement, Supply, Fabrication, Inspection, Transportation, Storage, Construction, Installation, Testing, Mechanical Completion, Pre-Commissioning, Commissioning and Performance Guarantee Test runs, handing over Plant/Unit.

Responsibilities:
• Line identification for Flexibility Analysis (Static and Dynamic) of pipe.
• Flexibility Analysis (Static and Dynamic) of pipe.
• Flange leakage calculation, WRC 107 calculation
• Development of Piping Isometrics for All Lines including small bore lines, Isometrics for steam, Boiler feed water, condensate system falling in the purview of IBR as per IBR authority requirements.
• Special support drawings and pipe supports cleats on Equipments. Pipe support standards/drawings to cover entire piping. Separate pipe support standards for high-pressure piping.
• Development of material take off (MTO)
• Checking of Isometric drawings.
