Marine Civil/Jetty Supervisor - LNG Facilities (onshore and offshore)

 The Project was owned by YLNG-TOTAL. I’m working under the TECHNIP - KBR Joint Venture Company.
 Duties include site supervision and inspection for the marine works like the construction of breakwater, Material Off Loading Facilities including the bridge, Main Jetty Facilities, Shore Protection and Intake Pumping Station Pit.
 Control and implement corrective measures for non-conformities identified during inspections. Review/Approve Quality plans and ITP’s. Coordinate Quality meetings. Plan and conduct Process Audits on sub-contractors. Preparation of final document packages.
 Prepare technical paper works such as Request for Inspection, document tests, Interim Release, Coordination, Progress reports, deviation reports, technical query and all technical papers as per project requirements.
 Coordination between Civil, Mechanical, Piping and Electrical disciplines
 Site Inspection and witnesses’ tasks related to marine civil discipline in conformity with the plans, specifications and procedures.
 Monitoring and supervised sub contractor’s activities under the quality procedures in accordance with the job specifications and AFC drawings.
 Strictly enforce company rules and regulations, quality and safety policies specially the marine environment.

 This covers the construction of Equipment and Pipe Rack Foundations in the Process Area. Also, the construction of Underground Facilities.
 Duties includes site supervision for the formworks, rebar works, and specially the concreting and finishing works. Push and motivate the sub-contractor to attain the schedules and productivity target.
 Prepare technical paper works such as Application for Inspection, Interim Release for the hand-over to the other department, Minutes of Meeting and all technical papers as per project requirements.
 Monitoring and supervised sub contractor, Naser Al Haijiri , activities under the quality and safety procedures in accordance with the job specifications and drawings .
