The enclosed resume covers my 20 years offshore sea-going sectors, shipyards and Engine Factories, engineering experience and concerns my background and capability. Over 19 years of this is offshore (oil and gas industry) maritime experience as Chief Rig Engineer, Rig Mechanic, Maintenance Engineer, Offshore Marine Chief Engineer and Barge Supervisor. I am well conversant with mechanical workshop practices as well with ecological and sea antipollution services. In addition to English, I speak Russian and Spanish. I have experience with work in West Africa. Middle East, Gulf of Mexico, Far East, and North Sea on various oil, gas rigs/platform and jack-up, offshore vessels, barges, drill ships.
