1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]

I have total 8 years of international as well as domestic experience in of commissioning, precommissioning, Expansion & Projects,startup & shutdown and operation in Refinery FCC plant, LNG processing plant and LNG terminal.
Currently working with SHELL group location Asia resigion at India which operating LNG terminal of capacity 2MMTPA.Before that for 1 year with QATAR LNG OPERATING COMPANY located at Qatar in project and in LNG production side.Primarily i started my career with RELIANCE INDUSTRIES LIMITED company in FCC plant commissioning, precommissioning, expansion, operation.
I have experience of handling variety of equipment such compressors(Screw,reciprocation,centrifugal),pumps(centrifugal, reciprocating, metering, gear etc.), bloers & Fans, Expander, Stem turbine, Gas Turbine, Steam generator(HP,LP,MP), Gulftronic filters, slurry pumps, distillation, Cryogenic heat exchanger, cryogenic pumps, flash column, LNG loading/unloading arm operation, vaporiser, Recondensors etc..

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

Experience Details:

Company:- Hazira LNG Private Limited Company (A joint venture of SHELL & TOTAL), Supplies LNG to Indian market. Basically Big LNG Terminal, which Receives LNG in liquid form and converting to Gasiform, Capacity is of 2.4 MMTPA. The Terminal is designed on Island mode basis, means having own power generation and utilities. Two LNG tanks of full containment type with capacity of 160000 M3 each. Operating send out pressure is 70-80 barg (high pressure system).
Position:- Process Field Officer.
Location:- Asia Region, India, Gujarat, Surat.
Start Date:- 5th May 2007
End Date:- Till continue.

Job Responsibilities: -
• Ensuring the smooth and safe unloading of LNG from incoming LNG ship cargo to shore (Tanks) and checks of safe ship berthing to jetty & centerline.
• Familiar with DCS operation, Supplied by YOKOGAWA.
• Monitoring of field equipment parameter, maintaining housekeeping, filling daily field checks, doing primary level maintenance activity.
• Operation of Unloading arms i.e. Connection and disconnection (2 liquid arm, out of them one is hybrid type means can handled liquid and vapor both + 1 vapor arm) of RCMA”S” type with capacity of liquid arm 5500 M3/hrs each and vapor arm 9000 M3/hrs. The arms operation is hydraulically.
• Operation of Gangway Tower and Jip Crane at jetty head.
• Safe Job preparation for handing over equipment for maintenance activity.
• Start up and shut down activity for Gas turbine, total 3 Gas turbine of 7.9 MW capacities of power generation at ISO condition and of Duel fuel type (Gas and Liquid), GTG package is Siemens made tempest type.
• Cold and Hot wash of Air compressors (GTG).
• Operation of Boil-off Gas compressors (startup, shut down and maintenance activity).
• F & G system, Fire water pumps, remote operated firewater monitor and Foam pumps logic checking.
• Handling Nitrogen system (Receiving in liquid form and converting to gas through vaporizer).
• Operation of ECU package (Electro chlorination package).
• Sea water system and Desalination package unit operation.
• Job raising, preparation and execution of job (E-Permit system operating through PACER).
• Filling up different checklist as per scheduled.
• Sewage Water treatment package unit handling.
• Maintaining Send out of Gas as per requirement.

Equipment Handled: -
• Gas Turbine Generator and EDG (Emergency diesel generator).
• Reciprocation Compressors (For Boil off Gas and Instrument air)
• Open rack Vaporizers (Using sea water for vaporization of LNG, of capacity 138 T/Hrs each of 3) and Submerge Combustion Vaporizer (Bath water is heated by flue gas by burning of fuel gas trough burner).
• Operation of Multistage high-pressure and low pressure Cryogenic Pumps of Ebara make.
• Recondensor operation and Unloading Arms.
• Metering skids and SCADA system.

Company:- Qatar Liquefied Gas Company Limited, Pioneer in the world LNG market, Consisting of 3 LNG trains of CHIYODA TECHNOLOGY, Japan and capacity of each train 435 million standard cubic feet per day and NGL production 2000 barrel per day. The main unit consists of Mercury removal, Acid gas removal, Dehydration, Liquefaction, Nitrogen rejection, Fractionation unit.
Position:- Rover Operator.
Location:- Ras Laffan, Qatar
Start Date:- 29th August 2006
End Date:- 30th April 2007.

Job Responsibilities: -
• Ensuring the smooth and safe execution of the unit to meet the targeted production by monitoring and trouble shooting the operations.
• Assists in the preparation for maintenance of assigned static and rotating equipment in accordance with PTW system by following detailed procedures and preparatory activities & maintaining continuous monitoring of on-going maintenance activities.
• To Follow up and monitoring of job as per permit issued.
• Under going routine maintenance activity of all equipments such as Lube oil top ups, LT Electrical motor isolation/De-isolation, Sea water filter change over as well as Back flushing, Anti foam addition etc…
• Adhering to all safety procedure, maintaining good house keeping for smooth operation & safe working environment. Responsible for the support of Company Safety, environment and Quality policies and programs, and carrying out specific duties and responsibilities related to his job.
• Testing operation of Fire protection equipment such as Deluge and Foam system.
• Operation of online water washing to the air compressor.
• Ensuring the smooth and safe execution of the projects work.
• To Assist and Acts as focal point with Construction personnel during in Construction, Pre-Commissioning phases of the Projects.
• Review the ‘Work Packs’ for Plant tie-ins, and conduct the required risk assessments involved.
• Review and approval of ‘Interface Agreements’.

Equipment Handled: -
• The main equipment handling such as Gas Turbine (Driver for Refrigerant Compressors), MCHE (Main Cryogenic Heat Exchanger), Refrigerants Pumps, Driers, Scrubber, Fractionators, Multistage Fuel Gas compressors & Refrigerant Centrifugal Compressors.

Company:- Reliance Industries Limited, the world’s largest grass roots Refinery with Capacity 33MMTPA of crude oil (Fortune 500 Company).
Position:- Operation Executive (Field/Panel Operation) in Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit of world largest of capacity 9.8MMTPA. Area contains Reactor-Regenerator, Power Recovery Trains, Main Fractionators and Gas Concentration sections, of capacity 200 KPBSD, supplied by UOP and operating at high severity to maximized LPG, Olefin in LPG and C8 aromatic in naphtha in Full Combustion Mode.
Location:- Jamnagar, Gujarat, India.
Start Date:- 27th September 1999
End Date:- 20th August 2006.

Job Responsibilities: -
• Knowledge of checking of P & ID, PFD’s.
• Done safe & planned start-ups and shut down of plant. Also involved commissioning/pre-commissioning activity such as Steam Blowing, Hydro jetting, chemical cleaning of lines. Solo run of rotary equipments, Water run test of pumps, Refractory dry out, Commissioning of HP/MP/LP Steam headers and other utility systems, Leak checking.
• Familiar with DCS (Foxboro) Panel of Fluidized Catalytic Cracking Unit with Advance Process Control System, comprising sections Reactor-Regenerator, Power Recovery Trains, Main Column Fractionators and Gas Concentration Section.
• Issuing different types of work permit and ensuring safe & timely execution of work.
• Safe preparation of equipments for maintenance activities, such as isolation & taking back on operation, of pumps, Fin fans, Heat exchangers, Boilers, Steam turbines, compressors etc…
• Monitoring of all equipment during normal condition and maintaining a logbooks/Reading log sheets/checklist activity as per BSC requirements.
• Online samplings of Hydrocarbons/Flue gas/catalyst/gases/Slurry and Doing gas test (Dragger, Weathering & Doctor test).
• Involved in Catalyst addition, management and control system (Like loading, unloading, transferring etc.)
• Pumps, Exchangers, Boilers, steam turbine, compressors isolation etc. handing over for maintenance job and taking in line after maintenance job.
• I had also involved in Expansion project activities of the unit (From 130 to 200 KPBSD of feed processing). Also I had involved in Decontamination process of the unit for handing over for expansion project.
• Follows the safe work permit system and aware & implements of operation of standard operating procedure for equipments.
• Operation of fire protection measures like Deluge system, Automatic-semiautomatic Foam supply, Sprinklers, Fire & Gas detection system as well as extensive fire water network consisting of fire monitors or Hydrants and also working with respiratory & non respiratory equipments as required.
• Responsible of the handling of various types of chemicals, gases, hydrocarbons, slurry, catalyst etc...
