Summary
I am a dual-trade Licensed Electrical Technician with technical qualifications in Electrical Technology, Electrical Fitting-Installation, Electronics Servicing, Instrumentation & control.
In addition to that, I am trained & certified in HV switching operations, hazardous areas installations & inspections. To fulfil industry requirements and complement my skills and background, I attended numerous safety and specialised technical training courses pertaining to energy and resources industry.

Over the years, I gained industry experience, and exposures in various aspects of electrical maintenance, instrumentation, controls and operations whilst working both offshore and onshore.
Some of the areas I was involved with were hydrocarbon exploration, extraction, process and production onboard FPSO facility, production platforms, mineral process and refinery, railway systems and power generation. I have worked with people of diverse nationalities and ethnic background and I have also worked offshore in the North Sea, Norway, Australasia, Middle-east, USA and South America.

I take great pride in my work and consider myself a responsible and safe worker, a self-starter and team-player, always motivated and willing to learn new things. With all these attributes I am confident of adapting myself to make productive, positive contributions to your organisation.

I have been working in heavy industries particularly in oil and gas.
Started out as an apprentice working in the railway engineering, then moving into oil and gas.
I worked for Schlumberger for 12 years in various roles in seismic operations & maintenance after which I decided to work locally in Australia, focusing on my field of trade.

I completed secondary education, then progressed to attained trade certifications in Electrical, Electronics, Instrumentation and controls, Electrical license, High voltage operations cert, EEHA- electrical equipment in hazardous areas.

Proficient in electrical, instrument, PLC troubleshooting.
