Development of procedures for planning and cost control for effective and efficient execution and control of the Project and ensure adequacy of reports to the required level of planning and control.
Development of projects master schedule to ensure that the sequence and logic is correct for design, engineering, procurement, construction, commissioning, start up and other activities.
Evaluation of consultants and sub-contractors man-hours, costs, schedules, deliverables and programs in line with project requirements.
Monitoring of sub-contractors’ and consultants’ performance against their baseline program of work and milestones.
Evaluation of sub-contractors and consultants reports to verify progress claims against milestones and invoices submitted.
Preparation of monthly progress reports addressing the contractors’ or consultants’ cost and schedule trends, productivity, earned and actual man-hours spent and actions taken.
