Supervising all area Senior Inspectors assigned in Material Receiving, Pipemill, Piperack, Bracerack, Deck Shop and Plate Shop. Reporting to the Yard Quality Manager and Construction Coordinator. Responsibilities include: participate in the review of contract specification, development of fabrication Inspection and Test Plans, coordinate the development of project Level 3 procedures, work instructions, welding procedures and welders, liaise with the Yard Quality Manager and Construction Team to obtain and ensure resolution on quality issues, monitor fabrication operations and coordinate all associated inspection and testing activities to ensure compliance to the relevant specification and reference codes and standard, monitor as-built documentation to ensuring it is progressively generated and where possible signed by the Client and Certifying Authority, review of inspection requirements for project material requisitions and associated purchase orders and invitations to tender and associated subcontracts, liaise with the Client, Certifying Authority and attend meetings as required, maintain project Non-Conformance Log to ensure the timely close-out of any non-conformance reports, produce weekly and monthly Quality Status reports for project controls compilations into a Progress Report, and attend weekly and monthly meetings with the Client and Certifying Authority.

Senior QC Inspector : (Feb. 2001 – Oct. 2004) PT McDermott Indonesia. Reporting to the Yard Chief Inspector. Responsibilities include: coordinating all inspection activities being undertaken in the assigned area, ensuring that the Inspectors are aware of all Quality requirements for each project and are in possession of or have access to the latest revision of Project Inspection and Test Plans, ensuring that the Inspectors progressively inspect fabricated items, ensuring that non-destructive testing is performed in a timely manner and reports are progressively submitted to the Certification Department for the compilation of As-Built packages, ensuring that the Inspectors monitor production activities to ensure compliance with procedural and Customer requirements, ensuring that material traceability is recorded as per procedure and submitted progressively to the Certification Department, and raise Non-Conformance Reports. Projects include fabrication and hook-up OFFSHORE of Pailin CPP for Unocal Thailand and fabrication Conoco Belanak FPSO, Wellhead A & B for Conoco Phillips Indonesia including OFFSHORE hook-up, fabrication of Dominion Tower Spar Hull, OFFSHORE hook-up of Conoco-Su Tu Den Wellhead Platform for CLJOC in Vietnam, ONGC Jackets fabrication at Nippon Steel Batam Yard on behalf of JRMMEI, and fabrication of Jacket for Apache Energy Ltd.

QC Inspector : (April 1999 – Jan. 2001) PT. Babcock & Wilcox Indonesia. Reporting to the Senior QC Inspector. Responsibilities include: monitoring production activities of Boiler components and coal fire station ensuring compliance with procedural and Customer requirements, progressively inspect fabricated items and ensure that NDT has been carried-out, accepted and records are maintained progressively, liaise with the Authorize Inspector (AI) on quality requirements, and prepare required inspection reports.
