Projects handled:

 Project Manager & In-charge for all the current European / American standard process skids for GT power plants built in our company with 2 different fabrication locations (Singapore and China). All these process skids are short cycle multiple projects with different design and extensive time management skill is required to complete the projects in scheduled delivery time. Responsible for project full project co-ordination and communication with the client and inter departments. Supervision of multiple concurrent projects ensured all work completed to a quality standards and in a timely manner.
 Project Manager for the supply of 2 nos. Lube Oil module for FPSO Petrobras (P-54) Project. Also a short cycle project (26 weeks) with more than 100 components. Tracked the progress, ensured material availability for the completion of this project in time in the year 2005
 Resident project manger at our workshop in China for handling many process skids for GT power plants during the year 2005 - 2006
 Resident project manger for the Supply of a) 55 bays (70 tube bundles CS & SS materials) air cooled heat exchangers & b) 2 nos. Fired heaters for Betara Complex Development (BCD) Gas Plant, Jambi, Indonesia project in the year 2004 - 2005. Handled the project total worth of US$ 7 millions
 Resident project manger for the supply of 15 bays Duplex SS material air cooler heat exchangers fabricated at South Korea in the year 2003 for Offshore Rasak project, Petronas SDN Bhd., Malaysia.
 Handled & executed many air cooled heat exchangers, pressure vessel projects concurrently for ExxonMobil, Shell, Caltex, Petronas, Esso PD, NKK, PTT Thailand, NKK, Ebara, BP Vietnam, PTTEP, Glaxco-smith, AGIP, SAWAN etc projects with exotic material for Onshore & Offshore projects.
 Expeditor for KBR-PTTEP ARTHIT Offshore Project for the supply of 21 pressure vessels with a clad & overlay material, fabricated in Malaysia
 Project manger for the supply of air coolers with Alloy 600 header material, PED compliance for DOW Chemical Plant, Terneuzen, Netherlands and also visited site for the commissioning of these coolers
 Traveled extensively for the commissioning, testing & trouble shooting of air cooled heat exchangers including off-shore platforms.

Design Manager

 Design and detail engineering of Pressure Vessels as per ASME U stamp, Pressure Piping per PP stamp, Storage tanks as UL standard, Atmospheric tanks, Fired Heaters and Steelworks for Oil and Petrochemical plats.
 Preparation of technical specification & purchase specification for the bought out items, technical support for procurement, checking of cutting layouts and technical support to resolve the issues related manufacturing. Making progress report of projects, monitoring of planned schedules.

 In-charge for 10 KM cross country 93% Hydrogen Pipe line project for KNPC, Ahmedi Refinery project, Kuwait

 Project co-coordinator (Design and contacts) for the supply of 12 nos. Caustic treatment process skids (Turn-Key projects) for Indian Oil Company, Haldia & Barauni Refinery projects. These are special process skids with the membrane technology to separate caustic from the process fluid. Co-ordination includes, vendor design review approvals, attending meetings with Owner, engineering department, manufacturing & Quality department to resolve the issues.
 In-charge detail design & engineering of Heat Recovery Steam Generators for various ALSTOM, UK projects (Philippines & UK). Project co-ordination includes approval of designs, drawings, providing assistance to the client’s quality representative & Third party organizations.
 Handled design, detail engineering of multiple concurrent Air Cooled Heat Exchanger projects for Oil & Gas Plants, Refineries, Sulphur recovery plants from year 1997 to 2000 including the site commissioning and testing.
