I am a senior QA/QC Engineer with extensive experience in implementing and maintaining ISO 9001 based management systems through regular scheduled audits, annual management review and by collecting and analysing performance data, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions and follow-up. Also I lead the Quality Control activities by ensuring proper inspections and tests standards are implemented and that the personnel carrying out these activities are competent to perform as per standards requirements. Furthermore I have control over company suppliers by identifying the best in fulfilling company, statutory and regulatory requirements and by implementing audit program to ensure suppliers sustainability in meeting those requirements.

1. HALLIBURTON ENERGY SERVICES:
March 2002 – Present
Position: Senior QA/QC ENGINEER
Duties:
 Implementing and maintenaing the Halliburton Management System (HMS)
 Perform Quality Audits (Internal & External)
 Prepare and coordinate the annual Management Review: Compile data and schedules for management reviews, record and distribute minutes of meeting, monitor and follow up action plan.
 Development of Quality Assurance documents, plans, procedures and process flow charts when required, based on the Halliburton Global documents.
 Assist in the resolution of quality related problems.
 Lead the whole continuous improvement process right form data collection, analysis of data, identifying root causes and implementing corrective actions and follow-up.
 Prepare and distribute monthly Service Quality reports to management.
 Provide training on the Halliburton Management System HMS and the related tools: CPI (Corrective Preventive Improvement), Taproot, Quality tools …
 Assess employees’ competencies for: Discharge Manifold Equipment and, Lifting and Handling (Rigger Level I).

March 2000 – June 2002
Position: QA/QC Engineer
Duties:
 Inplementation of Halliburton global standards for the certification of equipments listed below:
High pressure piping
well head pressure control equipment
Pressure vessels
Pressure relief valves
Lifting equipment
Cementing heads and accessorie.
Well head isolation tools
 Co-ordinate work to be carried out, perform or witness inspections of various equipment.
 Complete documentation necessary to attest to satisfactory completion of inspections and test activities.
 Review the completeness and accuracy of equipment data packages to ensure they meet global standards for engineering, procurement and fabrication.
 Develop procedures for equipments inspections based on Halliburton standards; manufacturer’s standards or international standards.
 Perform vendor audits and equipment fabrication survey to ensure they meet global standards for engineering, procurement,fabrication and testing.
 Provide technical support to product service lines in the areas of non destructive examination; structural engineering and welding engineering.

2. GERMAN spa: (Algerian forklift trucks factory).
September 1995 – February 2000
Position: Sheif design engineer
Duties:
Conducted the design of the followings equipment:
 A forklift truck based on hydrostatic transmission (project co-produced with Mannesman Rexroth Germany).
 A 4 tons forklift truck.
 A 2 tons airport tractor.

March 1993 - September 1995
Position: Design engineer
Duties:
 Review of the documentation (drawings) with respect to the process during the pilot run for production.
 Installation and tests of components as: Engines, Axles, Transmissions, Hydraulic pumps etc.... in order to improve the quality and performances of company products.

3. SONATRACH: Algerian oil company – LNG Project.
November 1989 – February 1993
Position: Project Engineer
Duties:
Ensuring the Project QA/QC programme is implemented by:
 Liaise with the project staff to perform site inspection and site tests and report findings as required.
 Monitor the performance engineering related work done by others against the Work plan, follow up and co-ordinate areas of concern, analyses trends and report.
 Ensure that procedures and work instructions are followed and that quality standards are met.
 Review contractor issued documents associated with Mechanical Acceptance
 Review documents such as commissioning procedures, operating manuals/standard operating procedures, performance test procedures, etc.

Mechanical Engineer:Graduated from the National hydrocarbons and chemistry institute; Algeria – July 1989.
