1. Position : Project Coordination & Planning (7 Years)
Project Co-ordination:
Coordination with Project engineers, consultant, subcontractors, client, purchasing, accounts & personnel departments.
Focal point to client & Sub contractors for all non-technical correspondence, communication & queries
Coordination with project management team from mobilization to demobilization
Planning/Scheduling:
Establishing detailed project component schedule with the coordination of all discipline engineers in Primavera P3 V 3.1 or Ms-Project v 2003.
Prepare resource loading charts, S-Curve and Look ahead schedule.
Planning the project with the coordination of Project Engineer and all discipline engineers
Finalize and get approval of project planning from Project Manager.
Obtain approval from clients like Saudi Aramco, Sabic, Saudi Electricity company & so on.
Update every day site progress
Monitoring project progress and resource loading
Submit weekly progress report to client & our project management during weekly review meeting at site.
Weekly progress report includes actual progress, forecast schedule, manpower consumption and weight of progress.
Presenting QMR (Quantity Man-Hour reports) on a weekly / monthly basis
Close follow up with sub-contractors to complete their job per their part in master schedule.
Project Administration:
Prepare online Permanent Ids, vehicle stickers & gate pass for main contractor & all sub contractors/suppliers.
Prepare technical submittals for client /proponent approval with the coordination of every discipline engineers.
Maintain consolidated procurement material submittal list & Long lead materials list
Collect status of long lead materials from Purchasing department and keep update them with project management and client/proponent upon request.
Prepare monthly progress invoice to client
Well versed with the procedures of Saudi Aramco (SAP portal & ECN ), Saudi Electricty Company & Sabic group.
Dealing with Sub-contractors:
Follow up with S/C to collect documents to prepare Permanent Ids, vehicle stickers & gate pass
Follow up with S/C to collect technical submittals and profile for client/proponent approval
Follow up with S/C to collect construction schedule
Prepare sub-contractor contract agreement
Provide all non-technical support to sub contractors to smooth running of project
Follow up with S/C to collect weekly progress report like % of work completed, manpower consumption for client/proponent review during regular weekly site meeting.
Process Sub contractor progress payment bill based on their actual weight of progress at site
Strong Self correspondence/communication with sub contractors
HR Support:
Supply key personnel, skilled and non skilled manpower to the projects.
Receiving resumes from local & overseas manpower suppliers
Assist Project Manager to Shortlist resumes
Receiving proposals from suppliers
Arrange interview for key personnel with client especially Saudi Aramco.
Arrange mobilization of manpower to site
Prepare monthly time sheet
Documentation Supervision:
Arranging Drawings, project files, submittals, ID documents in order per company procedure

Bidding:
Receiving enquiries from our various clients like, Saudi Aramco, Saudi Electricity Co., King Fahd University of Petroleum & Minerals, Sabic group, Naval forces, Sasref & Many other Private companies
