Dear Sir,
I want to apply for HSE positions. In fact, I have been involved in the Oil and Gas HSE Field for more than 14 years. I worked with different management levels for the implementation of different Annual HSSE Plans. I am delivering training to all personnel levels on Risk or COSHH assessment, PTW Systems including the Integrated Safe System of Work, H2S and use OF BA Sets, Behavioural Base Safety process. I am also competent and certified as safety inspector for scaffolding. In addition I am the man in charge of delivering Defensive Driving courses to all personnel on company sites. I have participated with the HSE Department in developing and controlling procedures for the construction of a Gas Refinery Plant on a two year Construction Project. I have participated as a core member of the Company Committee for the requisition of 14001 Environmental Certification from DNV. Actually I make part of the STEP CHANGE In SAFETY TEAM.
Actually I have just concluded a contract in Gabon on TOTAL sites Onshore and Offshore as HSE Supervisor and ready to relocate.

• April to July : DIETSMANN, TOTAL GABON
• Position : HSE SUPERVISOR
• Main duties :
Manage and Coordinate HSE for All TOTAL Installations in Gabon; Five onshore installations and three offshore installations.
To prepare, implement and monitor Safety and Environmental Management systems in support of company activities, including the administration and execution of internal and external audit programmes.
To provide inspection advice and support to management levels both onshore and offshore and to ensure suitable measures are in place to enable inspection programmes to be effectively completed.
Preparation and maintenance of safety and environmental management system procedures.
Management of internal and external audit programmes.
Liaison with outside Authorities and Agencies with regard to verification aspects.
Prepare scopes of work for consultants/contractors carrying out services in support of company activities.
Ensure that new recruiters either Locals or Expats are holding a valid medical Certificate and a Sea Survival certificate
Attend TOTAL GMOC HSSE Meetings
Ensure HSE Weekly and Monthly Reports are communicated to Head Quarters in Monaco and to TOTAL and Dietsmann Operation Manager in Gabon.
Auditing HSE Systems and Procedures
Train Personnel on HSE Subjects as Required within the Contract with TOTAL
Keeping record of personnel trained both locals and expats
Coordinate and Plan Training with external agencies such as APAVE
Liaise with logistics on PPE Selection and provision to employees taking into consideration Company Budget and procedure
Ensure the provision of in house HSE Procedures and that they are kept up to date and relevant to international regulations and code of practices
Ensure that new/revised HSE Regulations and Industry Codes of Practice are implemented and adopted by all company employee levels
Ensure that Risk Assessments are carried out for all activities either Onshore or Offshore
Ensure that Medical Evacuation Procedure Compliance with TOTAL EVASAN PROCEDURE AND GOVERMENT Law and Regulations.
Reporting and logging of Company HSE Performance and Progress against Yearly HSE Plan In Place
Ensure that employees are applying Installation and Client HSE Procedures through planned On Site Onshore and Offshore Visits and Audits
Control and audit Sub-Contractors providing different Company Services either provision of qualified employees or Materials
Decision making in the selection of services to the company
Communication and Good relationship with Governmental Agencies mostly related to company activities to ensure compliance with Local Law
Coordinate with HR, training requirements and employees insurance requirements via Caisse Nationale mainly in corporal injuries
Taking part in Incident Investigation and preparation of Root Cause Analysis
