If you're like most successful drilling managers, you're never satisfied with your company's leases for drilling jobs.. An extra push here, an additional call there, and your team could generate an additional ten percent of the oilfield’s exploration for the worlds energy needs.
Well, I'm the person who has drilled wells from deep in South Texas, and was the first driller that drilled the first hole in the Permian Basin, which is in and around Dilley, and Pearsall, Texas.
I also drilled on one of the deepest drilled wells out of Laredo, Texas, which achieved the total depth 26,185 feet, using oil based drilling mud.
I broke out working offshore on a jack-up drilling rig for Marine Drilling Company. Working seven on, and seven days off. For two years in the crystal clear waters in the Gulf of Mexico.
I also worked on a semi-submersible rig in the Gulf of Mexico one hundred and fifty miles off the coast of Louisiana. Working fourteen days on and fourteen days off
I worked on an inland barge drilling rig that I drilled wells on for over three years; working seven days on and seven days off.
