I am a Philippine Registered Mechanical Engineer by profession. I am presently connected with Sirte Oil Company, Libya, in the Maintenance Departent, Petrochemicals Division as Planning Specialist in the 1x1000mtpd ‘Snamprogetti’ designed and 1x1250mtpd ‘ uhde’ designed Ammonia Plants, 2x1000mtpd ‘uhde’designed Methanol Plants, 1x1000mtpd ‘Foster Wheeler’ designed and 1x1750 ‘uhde’ designed Urea plants, 3x33MW ‘ABB’ designed Gas Turbine Power Station and its utilities(demin&desal plants, nitrogen plants, oxygen plant, waste heat boilers), 7x80 tph ‘snamprogetti’ designed Desalination plant, the utilities, handling and shipping complex. I cover all maintenance disciplines from Rotating equipment, Mechanical Stationary equipment, electrical, and Instruments. I am responsible in the planning and scheduling of the work requests from routine, PM, breakdowns, modifications. I am a committee member of the Plants’ turnarounds as Planner/scheduler. This involves sourcing of outside manpower and services, including hiring of Specialists. Work is prepared via Microsoft Project and I do the monitoring and reporting of the progress. I recommend and devise ways to get the project on track. I am experienced in the material requirements including procurement of spares and spare parts, correspondence with vendors and suppliers, I am experienced with the necessary tools required for equipment maintenance. I am experienced in meeting with contractors and OEM specialists, having prepared their service agreements. I was a commissioning engineer during the reconstruction of 1x1250 mtpd ‘uhde’ designed Ammonia Plant. I am experienced in the erection of new equipments, planning in the obsolescence of equipment and their replacement. I am experienced in the erection and construction of a petrochemical plant, having worked in the construction of the Philippine Phosphate Fertilizer project in Isabel, Leyte, Philippines. I am familiar with inspection procedures, material qualifications, piping specifications. I am a computer literate. I trained locals in our personnel training programmes. 1. Familiarity with the different codes and standards, piping specs, material qualifications, inspection and test procedures, vibration analysis, welding procedures, interpretation of P&I, process diagrams, sectional drawings, design documentations..
2. Commissioning and start up of 1250 mtpd ‘Uhde-Germany’ designed Ammonia plant.
3. Experience in planning covering period, procedure, material requirement, manpower need, services requirement of plant turnarounds, short shutdowns, routine , breakdown maintenance, erection and cbnstruction of a petrochemical plant.
4. Experience in preparing plans, networks, resource plans, schedules and progress monitoring systems in the constructon and maintenance of the oil, gas, and petrochemicals industry.
5. Developed planning databases, planning norms and progress measurement and reporting systems. 6. Providing support to management in the development of activities, resources and progress of projects against baselines.
7.. Modifications, engineering and drawings, material specs, and supervised erection of same.
8.. Planned and supervised erection of new equipment.: Alfa-laval secool filters, mercury guard vessels, stripper, ammonia separators, water coolers, reformers and furnaces, ammonia condensers, replacment of concrete stacks to steel stacks.
9.. Familiarity with all the equipment in the plant: Stationary equipment:- vessels, heat exchangers, plate exchangers, columns, boilers, furnaces, reformers, filters, psv, valves, etc..., Rotating equipment: fans and blowers, pumps, compressors, turbines, etc..., Instrumentation, Electrical equipment, their specifications, their critical spares requirement, and the necessary tools and equipment required for their maintenance.

11.. Generated daily, weekly, monthly, yearly maintenance reports and turnaround reports. Provided monthly progress updates, forecast completions, trend analyses in projects and turnarounds.

13. Experience in rectification, modification, manufacture of components, including drawings, drafting, in terms of welding, machining, fabrication at workshop.

Involved in developing contract key dates, milestones; evaluate bid schedules and review of contractor plans; verify contractor's reported progress.
