• Coordinate with the sections (Mechanical, Piping, Out fit, Hull, Electrical & Instrumentation) to commission the system and equipment of the Off- Shore drilling rigs (MODU’s). Assess the Risk and implement SAFETY control measures to undertake the task at zero LTI.
• Plan & schedule the commissioning activities and material management.
• Implement Strong and Micro detailed plan & schedule the activities to complete the tasks with in short stipulated time with high quality standards.
• Monitor the systems and Equipment’s are installation process as per design drawings. And Mechanical Completion by production team.
• Regularly analyze the production status, design interferences onsite and resolve them as necessary for the operation of the system and equipments.
• Recommend the improvements on design drawings and test memos for the Project.
• Execute & coordinate Commissioning activities with QA’s, Contractors, vendor and Rig’s owner representative (client) and Class Rep’s.
• Primary contact for all the sections, vendors, class, owners, contractors regarding the Commissioning of equipments and system of this project.
• Accountability and Control production Man-hours.

Technical Assistant Technical & Quality Management Department
• Analyze the Gap between the Actual maintenance procedures as per manual and the process on the floor and advise the Top Management to adopt new suitable quality management system, also create the maintenance systems and procedures of equipment/Machinery/plant equipment/Diesel & Gasturbines power generators.
• Establish methods and procedures for calibration, inspection, measurement and testing equipment in coordination with engineering departments, in meeting the reliability standards.
• Inspecting the existing systems and formulating policies / technical directives as per the international standards.
• Planning and scheduling preventive maintenance routines to save the maintenance cost.
• Study the various technical proposals received in the HQ. Formulate the proposals study reports and identify the alternatives if required.
• Formulate new technical policies and review the old.
• Determine the cause of any reoccurring defect and carry out detail study to formulate corrective measures on the equipment / machinery/ plant equipment / Diesel & Gasturbines power generators.
• Examine and test Equipment, Plants, and Materials etc, to introduce in the service.

26th Aug 2006 to 11th Sep 2007: Asst. Comm. Manager / Commissioning Superintendent, Project B277 (WESTATLAS), Established new Planning & Scheduling techniques, Micro Management for all the commissioning activities of this Project and delivered before schedule.

25th July 2006 to 17th Aug 2006: Commissioning Superintendent: completed the Project R301 for China Oilfield Services Limited (COSL) BOHAI-4, Gained 15days production time in Commissioning the Air condition systems, Hot water Heaters, Refrigeration Plants, Fresh water /Sea water systems and Diesel Generator CAT 3214.

02nd Oct 2005: Technical Assistant: Paper Presented on Equipment Maintenance & Condition Monitoring, during the 1st Regional Maintenance Management Conference, has been organised by Caledonian College of Engineering, Sultanate of Oman.

2005 Technical Assistant: Formulated Initial Quality Manual and various Technical and Administrative Policies (Repairing, Preventive Maintenance, Testing, Commissioning of Equipments/New Projects) Published for Ministry of Defence Engineering Services, Sultanate of Oman.

2003 Shift-in-Charge: Installed and Commissioned Diesel generators and Computerized Financial Systems- as Individual Charge.

1998 Chief Engine Room Artificer, GTTT (MB) – Gained six to Eight months operational time, through introduction of new methodology in Installation, Commissioning and Inspection Process of Marine Gas turbine propulsion plants. 48 in No’s GT’s and RG’s has been replaced and commissioned during my tenure from Feb 1997- Aug 2001.
