1.Involve Internal Technical Audit of Boeing, GEAE and Airbus parts manufactured by Investment Casting (Lost Wax Process) as per Nadcap and Boeing specifications.
2.Quality Assurance through NDT techniques (FPI, MPI,) of Aircraft components as per Boeing and AMS Specification.
3.Perform Pyrometry and Furnace (Vacuum and Air Type) fitness for Heat treatment through System Accuracy test and Temperature Uniformity Survey as per AMS 2750D, BAC5621 Nadcap, Boeing Aircraft specifications
4.Vacuum Casting, and Air Casting as per GEAE and Boeing Aircraft specifications.
5.Making procedures for Pyrometry, NDT and Casting and assurance of their implementation
6.Internal auditing as per AS9100 requirements and recommendations.
7.Assistant coordinator of HSE related activities to ensure and implement, Health and safety procedures and specifications to minimize the risk of human life, company assets and environmental control as per OHSAS and EMS requirements.

1.Third party inspection of LPG Cylinders Domestic
/ Commercial as Per DOT 4B, 4BW, and BS5045 standard for SHV Energy, PSO, Aftab Traders.
Work involves Design verification, documentation (WPS, PQR), Material verification with provided MTR, Fit up inspection of welding, stage inspection of SAW welding, Hydrostatic testing, Final Visual Inspection of welding and other attachments, pneumatic testing and making report of findings.

2.Third Party inspection of LPG Vessels (1, 2 & 5 tons) as per ASME Sections at Descon Engineering Works, Lahore.
Work involves Documentation (WPS, PQR), Material verification with provided MTR, Fit up inspection of welding, stage inspection and Final Inspection of TIG and MIG welding and other attachments, Hydrostatic testing, pneumatic testing and making report of findings.

3.Third Party inspection of Fire tube 15 TPH and Water tube 80 TPH Boilers as per ASME, BS & TRD standard.
Work involves Documentation (WPS, PQR), Material verification with provided MTR, Fit up inspection of welding, Stage and Final Inspection of SMAW and GTAW welding and other attachments, Hydrostatic testing and making report of findings.

4.Requalification of LPG Tanks at Adhi gas field, Tarnol Gas Fields under the direct supervision of API 510. Certified inspector.
Works involves Documents Review, external visual inspection, internal visual inspection of welding and pitting corrosion due to chemical attack, thickness gauging by using UTS apparatus, hydrostatic testing and making report of findings

5.Coordination with free lancer to perform Boroscopic inspection in petrochemical industries line pipes to evaluate the internal flaws, discontinuities due to in-service corrosion attack.
