Working in IMECO (International Mechanical & Electrical Company) as a Asset Management Specialist to manage & controlled Electro-Mechanical Asset Using by Maximo. Provide data on-time as per the requirement of Oil Companies & Users

Worked with Aramco Gulf Operation, Saudi Arabia. In Oil Field Management (OFM). Job involved in to manage around 300 Wells data, such as Geological, Geophysical, Petrophysical, Petroleum, Reservoir & Seismic data. Manage all E&P data following by Policy & Procedure and operate by data management software & access on-line.

Project experience with Landmark, a Halliburton Company where successfully completed Data Management Project for Aramco Gulf Operation, Al-Khafji, Saudi Arabia.

Experience:
I have around 12 years of total IT experience out of which 4 years in Aramco Gulf Operation, KSA, Oil Company, 2 years in Al-Maktaba for Electronics, KSA and around one year in Flour Arabia Ltd. in Saudi Arabia and rest of experience from India.

Project Experience:
Worked with Landmark team in Data Management Project on behalf of Al-Khafji Joint Operation (AGOC-KGOC) up to end of the project.
Independently managed and run the same E&P Data Management project successfully.

Collected all E&P Well data which was scattered from 40 years such as Petrophysical, Geological, Geophysical, Petroleum, Reservoir, Studies & Analysis and Seismic data etc.
Collected all E&P data according to Policy and Procedure and Sorting, Indexing, Cataloging, Bar-coding, Scanning and loaded in eSearch and make it on-line and archived at proper place in File Room & Data Warehouse.

Controlled around 300 Wells E&P data and operated by Data Management Software which is Asset DB &eSearch.
Coordinate and provided on-time Petrophysical, Geological, Geophysical, Petroleum, Reservoir, Studies & Analysis and Seismic data to users and clients.
Trained to all Exploration & Production Department user to interact with data management software’s e.g. Asset DB, eSearch & Log DB.
Keep up to date all Incoming & Outgoing E&P data following by Policy and Procedure.

Installed Interact (Schlumberger) software to monitoring On-line data and support to users.
Worked on Log DB (Schlumberger Log Database Software).
Collect all new incoming Well Log Data and compose, load, registered & validated Well Log using by Log DB. And check the Quality and report to management & Keep up to date all time and make it online for users to view all Well Logs using by Log DB, Data Management Software.
Installed PDS View to Software to View Logs and support to users for Well Logs Data
Installed (Landmark) Drilling Software’s such as DIMS, Compass and Well Plan and support to users.
Keep stable all PC’s & Sun Workstations and solved all type of H/W & S/W problems.
Installed and configured all types of printer, plotter, scanner, network, Internet and email.
Installed Solaris on SPARC machine, Creating system and user accounts, Disk Quotas, and Solaris system startup and shut down process, Configuring printer, plotters, Observing and Tuning System Performance and installation etc.

Responsibilities:
• Maintained all E&P Data Room & Warehouse and issued data using by eSearch.
• Deployment and trained to all E&P staff on Asset DB, eSearch & Log DB etc.
• Trouble shoot and monitor all E&P Incoming & Outgoing Physical & Digital Data.
• Collected E&P data from Drilling, Geophysical, Geological, Petrophysical, Studies & Analysis, Reservoir and Seismic sections etc. and complete the process such as Sorting, Indexing, and Bar-coding & Scanning and in last loading and registered all E&P data in eSearch and make it on-line.
• Achieved all E&P OFM data in File Room & Data Warehouse following by Policy & Procedure
• Installed OFM software’s as per users requirement and support to them
• On weekly basis check all Sun SPARC machine
• Keep stable all E&P PC’s
