Supervises and assigns daily activities of foreman/ workers.
Responsible for the preparation and timely submissions of accomplishment report to the Project Director and other reports that maybe required from the time.
Coordinates with the Engineering Department actual field data for the preparation of as-built plans.
Ensures the timely requisitions of materials, tools and equipments in quantities consistent with the project site.
Enforces proper decorum and discipline among field personnel on the project site.
Attends project technical coordination meeting as well as other special meetings that maybe called from time to time.
Coordinates with different trades and other field representatives of the Project Managers, Architects, Project Consultant, and other contractors to be able to coordinate matters effectively relative to installation works.
Provides cost estimates, quantity take off for the additional work of handle projects.
