Professional Experience: Have vast professional experience in supervision, execution and quality control at civil structures, steel structures and architectural finishing works. I have operated with diversified domain projects in civil construction and structural steel erection ranging from medium to large scale industries which gave me an in depth understanding for handling various domain areas in Equipment Foundations Structural Steel Pipe Racks, Pre – Cast Concrete Pipe Racks, Process & Non Process Buildings, Building Support Structures, Electrical Sub Stations, Central Control Buildings, Industrial Utilities like Manholes, Sumps, Asphalt Roads, Box Culverts, Storm Water Drains, High buildings and Condominiums. I have handled various critical and challenging projects from start up construction stage to mechanical completion stage and ensured that the projects gets implemented as per specification and standards in stipulated time with quality. Having equipped and expertise with various construction techniques and cost evaluation techniques which I applied in my professional career to produce cost-effective solutions for the organization, I worked with. I can handle high pressure environments with ease and open mind and also a good team player. I have efficient communication skills to present my points precisely to listeners.

November’2005 – September’2007 - Snamprogetti Saudi Arabia Ltd. – Saudi ARAMCO Project - Khursaniyah, Saudi Arabia: Worked as QA/QC Civil Inspector at “Khursaniyah Producing Facilities”, Khursaniyah, Saudi Arabia. Project consists Pre – Cast Pipe Racks, 40,000 Tons of Structural Steel Pipe Racks, Pipe Racks (Steel & Pre-Cast) Foundations & Pedestals, Building Support Structures, Equipment Foundations (Turbines, Pumps, Tanks & Compressors), Vessel Foundations & Pedestals, Underground Utilities like Sumps & Manholes (Oily water sewers & sanitary sewers), Duct Banks, Buildings (Central Control Building, Electrical Substations, Process Interface Buildings, Non Process Building and Smoke Shelters), Concrete Paving, Road Culverts, Asphalt Roads and Storm Water Drains.
Job Responsibilities: Review quality control procedures and inspection testing procedures prior to conduct inspection, review inspection check lists prior to conduct inspection, well- acquainted with Saudi ARAMCO engineering standards, ACI, ASTM, AISC, IBC standards, project specifications, design drawings, construction drawings, shop drawings and material specifications, review the material approvals and receiving inspection before startup work, make progressive checks for the works under progress, make inspection already completed works prior to client inspections, coordinate with clients and sub contractors while inspection, make supervision for concrete batching plants, compilation inspection reports done daily, make quality audit progressively as per QCP & ITP.

2. September’2005 – November’2005 - CLOUGH Oil & Gas – O N G C Project - Odalarevu, Andhra Pradesh, India: Worked as Civil Engineer at “Crude Oil & Gas Producing Facilities”, Odalarevu, Andhra Pradesh, India. Project consists Equipment foundations (Compressors, Pumps, Tanks, Exchangers and Vessels), Steel Structure Pipe Racks, Columns and Stack foundations and various kinds of buildings i.e. Administrative Building, Ware House, Workshop, Process Buildings, Non Process Buildings, Under ground duct Banks, Sumps, Manholes, Asphalt Roads and Drains.
Job Responsibilities: Review and apply project specifications, method statements for the specified jobs, material approvals, engineering standards, engineering codes, construction drawings, check the layout and markings as per construction drawings, check the bill of quantities of the sub contractor works, attended daily, weekly and monthly progress meetings and take innovative decisions for the project progress, inspection of rebar and form works for the specified jobs as per construction drawings, properly verify the pour plan for the concrete.

3. March’2004 – June’2005 - SPF – TKP OMIFPRO SNC ( Snamprogetti & Technip joint venture) – Oman Indian Fertilizer Corporation Project - Sur, Sultanate of Oman: Worked as Civil Supervisor at “Oman – India Fertilizer Plant (OMIFCO)”, Sur, Sultanate of Oman. Plant Consists of equipment foundation, pipe rack foundations, Tank foundations, Turbine foundations, Structural Steel Pipe Racks, Sea Water Intake & Out Fall, Weir Box, Building Support Structures, Sub Station Buildings with Satellite Rooms, Central Control Room building, Gas Metering Room, Admin & Technical Support Building, Central Catering Building, Central Ware House, Mechanical Work Shop, Urea Storage Building, Building HVAC works, Duct Banks, Manholes, Sumps, Valve pits, Instrument pits, Asphalt Roads, jetty and Internal Surface Swale Drains.
Job Responsibilities: Supervise and monitor overall progress of construction of Civil, Steel Structure, Industrial Support Buildings and architectural finishing works, Quality Control and assurance of works, reports to Project QA manager for coordination of RFI’s and other QC documentations / requirements, Provide quantity take-off and detailed materials scheduling for construction purposes and assist in the interpretation of working drawings ensuring that in construction, the plans and specifications are properly followed, Maintain and distribute the latest revision of in-house drawings making sure all are signed & approved for field use, preparation of engineering site modification drawings and field revision drawings for civil structures and steel structures, Assist in the tracking of as-built conditions, Supervise erection and installation of HVAC ducts, dampers installation (Volume Control Dampers, Motorized Isolation Dampers, Fire Dampers, Pneumatic Dampers, Variable air Volume Dampers, Steam Humidifiers & Electric Duct Heaters), installation of Air Cooled Condensing units, Air Cooled Chilled Water units, Air Handling units, Chilled water pumps and Fresh Air units as per IFC shop drawings, engineering standards and project specifications.

4. January’2001 – March,2004 - Pragathi Foundations – Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India: Worked as Consulting Civil Engineer at “Brundavan & Pragati’s Sun ‘n’ Sea Apartments”, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh, India. Project consists of 13 Nos. of three bed rooms deluxe apartments and 31 Nos. of two & three bed rooms apartments and duplex luxury apartments.
Job Responsibilities: Responsible for verification of design drawings and government municipal drawings, responsible for project execution and quality checks for different stages of work, during construction proper survey checks and grid lines governed by architectural finishing and structural works, Maintain and distribute the latest revision of in-house drawings making sure all are signed & approved for field use.

5. September’1998 – September’2000 - M/S HYUNDAI Engineering Construction Co. Ltd. – Land Transport and Authority Project – Singapore: Worked as Architectural Field Engineer at “MRT Depot Project C701”, Singapore. Project consists of four storey Administrative Block, Main Work Shop, Central Ware House, Locomotive Work Shop, Examination Building, Ancillary Buildings, Deck Areas for Locomotive Rail tracks, Cut & Cover Tunnels, Manholes and Sumps.

Job Responsibilities: Supervise and execute the assigned civil and steel structural works, Supervise the manpower resources and equipment resources, responsible in project supervision and scheduling during project implementation, technically supported and supply all the needed information for the construction by coordination with the client, monitors the project accomplishment against the target accomplishment and evaluate if the work progress is enough and/or recommend actions to be done, prepares accomplishment report, billing report (and variation order when necessary), make detailed bill of quantities based on the plans supplied by prospective clients during construction.

6. September’1996 – September’1998 M/S HYUNDAI Engineering Construction Co. Ltd. - Hong Leong Holdings Pte. Ltd. Project – Singapore: Worked as Civil Site Engineer at “Makena Condominium”, Singapore. Project consists of residential flats consists five blocks including two blocks of seventeen storey, one block of twenty storey, two blocks of twenty nine stories, basement car parks, multipurpose hall, gymnasium room, squash room, swimming pool, viding pool, internal deck roads, basements, surface drains, box culverts and landscape gardens.
Job Responsibilities: Supervise and execute the assigned architectural and civil works, monitor the quality of works as per project specifications, responsible in project supervision during project implementation, technically supply all the needed information for the construction by coordination with the owner, monitors the project accomplishment and scheduling against the target accomplishment, evaluate if the work progress is enough and/or recommend actions to be done, prepares accomplishment report, billing report (and variation order when necessary), make detailed bill of quantities based on the plans supplied by prospective clients during construction.

7. April’1994 – July’1996 - M/s Maruti Group - Lajawanti Consultants & Builders Pvt. Ltd. Project - New Bombay, India: Worked as Senior Engineer at “Maruti Paradise”, Belapur, New Bombay, India. Project consists of residential and commercial apartments consists of seven blocks including five blocks of fourteen storey, two blocks of six storey, one block of duplex row houses (3 Nos.), car parks, multipurpose hall, gymnasium room, swimming pool, internal concrete road paving, drains and landscape gardens.
Job Responsibilities: Supervise and execution of works and make sure that the plan is followed accordingly and program the material, manpower and equipment allocation in accordance with the scheduled works and specifications, tracking of material submittals and other requirements for approval prior to installation / execution, coordinate with the proponents and the project management team, make estimates / quantity take-off for bidding and bill of quantities purposes, tracking / monitoring of work progress and ensure that scheduled activity / progress is being followed.

July,1989 – February’1994 - M/s Teen Murthy Enterprises - Cyclone Emergency Reconstruction Project, M/s Hindustan Steel Construction Ltd & Revenue Department Project - Visakhapatnam, India: Worked as Site Engineer at “Cyclone Emergency Reconstruction Project” consists of 27 Nos. Cyclone Shelters in Visakhapatnam & Vizianagaram Districts, Andhra Pradesh, India, “M/s Hindustan Steel Construction Ltd”, Visakhapatnam, India consists of 22 Nos. of Residential Houses at Visakhapatnam Steel Plant and “Revenue Department Project” consists 99 Nos. residential flats.
