•Stress analysis of offshore/onshore piping.
•Familiar with ASME B31.3, B31.4 Ch IX, B31.8 Ch VIII and UKOOA codes.
•Stress analysis of lines connected to Pressure Vessels, Pumps, Storage Tanks, Turbines, Compressors, Shell & Tube Heat Exchangers, Columns, Pig launchers, Relief valve systems and Rack piping.
•Stress analysis of GRP piping.
•Dynamic (Time history) analysis of two phase flow lines.
•Preparation of critical line list, spring & bellow datasheets.
•Trunnion check by Kellogg’s method.
•Flange leakage check as per equivalent pressure method, ASME section III and ASME section VIII method.
•Support selection for small bore (< 4”) high temperature lines without computer analysis.
•Visual checking of lines from flexibility point of view.
