myself i am a keen worker and willing to travel, i have covered all industries from nuclear, oil and gas to fpso installation, i have good man management skills, and can take up a position in the field or of leadership, i am computer literate and have covered installation, testing, permits, method statemants, jobs packs. instrumentation, EX inspecting, plcs, relay logic, I.S. circuits, i can work using my own inititive, or as a group on shutdowns or organising squads of men for completion of work to commissioning standard.

i have worked in all industries, water treatment, petrochem, chemical, nuclear, oil and gas, food. i have covered basic electrical installation, traywork, glanding, terminating, to fitting ínstruments, gauges, pumps, motors, relays, plcs, islolators, contactors. i have a little experience in wiring plcs and some input/output and digital/analogue testing and line checking, my nuclear experience was as a working chargehand on the new sdp plant, gamma plate installation, crane wiring, commision support, panel modifications. oil and gas experience covers many years at several sites around the uk, norway and canada. field installation and circuit testing, permits, shutdowns, motor changeovers, foreman position in Canada and Norway, computer literate and qa/qc inspecting for ex equipment and general electrical installation.

i gained 7 gsces from my school years, in English, maths, geography. business studies, design. then 4 years at college doing city and guilds 214 parts 1, 2 and 3. also b-tec in basic engineering, i spent 1 full year at college then the next 3 years as day release with 4 days a week as on the job training. i have since gained my EX inspecting certificate, my JLG liciense, IOSHH COURSE and confined spaces. i was also trained as a building inspector as sellafield nuclear for testing confined spaces before letting men enter safely, i have covered all relevant safety courses to do with heights, scaffold, chemicals, safety clothing.

i am computer literate with word document, i spent a lot of time as foreman attending qa/qc meetings and all data had to be logged and was linked with the main site computer so all trades were aware of updates and progress of work, test sheets and general log input for the site managers.
