plants. In the Asian region, we are represented by our subsidiary MTU Asia. The Regional
head office is located in Singapore, with branch head MTU Detroit Diesel India in Pune. MTU’s Monitoring and Control System MCS-5 allows the skipper to monitor the whole propulsion plant, the on-board power supply and the entire ship. This versatile, user-friendly automation system with its integral alarm facility represents a major contribution to operating comfort and the safety of the vessel.
