As FPSO/FSO OIM I have considerable experience in the Safety & welfare of all personnel on board the vessel. Managing operations on board the FPSO in strict compliance with the SMS to meet the production and spending targets established in the Business Objectives.The development of an effective organization based on mutual trust and teamwork that is focused on achievement of the goals and objectives outlined in the Business Objectives,Cargo and ballast handling operations ensuring that allowable hull stress are always within limits and maximizing the export oil specifications through the storage and offlloading phases.Coordination with process personnel for reprocessing of off-spec oil Supervision of Deck Operations,planning Deck Maintenance, including Cargo System, Inert Gas System ,Mooring System, Offloading Hoses, all Lifesaving Equipments.Training of all Cargo and Deck personnel.
