Responsibility : Preparing Up dating of Level -1 to 4 working schedules for site use. Setup and run piping planning to integrate activities in fabrication yard and site erection/hydro-testing/flushing in sequential manner with respect to actual receipt of free issue piping material, progress on equipment erection, system priorities and through prioritization of spools for QC clearances, painting and transport to site from fabrication shop. Extensive use of Primavera and MS access for the database management to monitor/track-down status of any spool and to expedite the priority ones.

Responsibilities : -
· Responsible for planning, scheduling, monitoring, controlling activities for all activities.
· Responsible for material reservation as per shutdown requirement.
· Responsible for Day to day coordination and prioritization of activities and interface decisions
· Correspondence with clients, process licensors, vendors with respect to data requirement for construction activities.
· Responsible for Activity schedules and meeting the targets in terms of man-hours, time and for collating and preparation of Daily Weekly, Monthly progress & Project Close out reports.
