Responsible for incoming material quality from suppliers. Drive suppliers quality management program. Management of quality material such as purge, quarantine, screening of bad materials. Drive quality closure and preventive plan from suppliers. Working with operational team on any material quality Issue occurs due to Incoming, In Process and Outgoing inspection process. Define and train IQA inspection criteria’s. Host quality meetings to ensure effective corrective actions are taken by supplier. Perform supplier performance audit, process verification, reviewed & audit effectiveness of corrective and preventive action. Responsible for providing supplier’s Quality Performance Rating in terms Factory Support (i.e.: Role & Empowerment, Response & Pro-activeness, Skill & Capability, Administrative Management and Capacity & Availability). Maintain all quality records in SQE department in line with QSR and Company requirements. Review the non-conformance material inside MRB store on the total inventory value & aging /TAT disposition. Coordinate evaluation run on material modification and qualifications.
Associate Engineer MQA (1997 ~2001).
Managed overall QA activities within a shift/team for Disk Drive PCBA Operation. Team mentor if in case of any quality issue arise which related to process, component, workmanship, handling, ESD/EOS cases etc.§ Dedicate & supervise inspection plan for the 3 QA operators on performing Process Audit Inspection, Out of Box Inspection & incoming QA inspection. Conduct Self Audit periodically to align with QSR, ISO & Quality Policy requirement. Published the daily report summary & Self Audit report to be review with the respective QA Manager for further improvement, corrective and preventive actions to achieved quality indices/metrics goal.
