Planner / Planning Engineer (A)
• Attending meeting with the clients & sub contractors
Updating & monitoring constructions status (Progress measurement)
• Responsible for Planning and scheduling the daily, weekly and monthly Preventive, Corrective/Breakdown, Shut down maintenance activities of Desalination, Power, Reverse osmosis, Chemical treatment Plants using SAP, MS-Project at Campaign Maintenance contract - MARAFIQ Power and water Utility Company for Jubail and Yanbu.
• Responsible for the maintenance of major two sea water desalination plants capacity 57,700 M3/Day (15.21million gallons/day) & Reverse osmosis plants capacity 37,700 M3/Day (9.9 million gallons/day) & Chemical treatment Plant.
• Responsible for the maintenance of the two(2) units steam generation; double burner and dual firing system (Gas fuel and light fuel oil)rated @ 137 tons/hr natural circulation, two(2) train multi stage flash (MSF) desalination plant.
• Responsible for the maintenance of turbine supervisory instruments 2X10MW for the Gas turbine. (MAKE: FIAT TTG –TG16)

• Monitoring all the status of Notifications and Work orders then assigning the proper status for each activity in coordination with the supervisors with help of SAP.
• Responsible in cost estimation and planning the work as per the availability of the executioner to perform the task.
• Monitoring all pending Notifications and Work orders then do the time confirmation and technical completion once accepted by operation with help of SAP.
• Review the Maintenance Notifications and prepare cost estimation for Materials and Labors, Create Purchase Requisition for External Services and Materials through SAP.
• Prepare the daily/Weekly, Monthly accomplishment reports; monthly completion against plan and Kepi’s using SAP.
• Update Maintenance management system (SAP) for job completion and technical history.
• Prepare weekly plan, for corrective maintenance and allocate jobs daily to crews based on priority & resources.
• Preparation of master plan monthly (30 day), quarter, yearly plan for all areas.
• Preparation of activity summary, all the plants shut down activities, major tank maintenance & cost/revenue reports
• Preparation of shutdown planning schedule for Desalination Plant of 57,700 cub/m, RO Plants of 37400cub.m, per day capacity with the help of MS-Project.
• Preparation of Re-tubing Schedule Boiler of Evaporator in Desalination Plant with the help of MS-Project.
• Prepare overhauling Schedule of Large size vertical pumps with the help of MS-Project.
• Prepare Annual Canal Cleaning schedule for Sea water Distribution Canal System of which having 17 KM length with the help of MS-Project.
• Prepare Chemical Cleaning Schedule for Shock dosing system of Main Sea water Discharge header with the help of MS-Project.
• Prepare Rehabilitation planning Schedule of Industrial water treatment plant with the help of MS-Project.
• Monitoring all the status of purchase orders and Work orders if material delivered then assigning the proper status for each activity in coordination with the Material Co-coordinator using SAP.
• Control all maintenance purchase requisitions, blanket order release, petty cash and street buying requests.
• Planning the Material requirements for the maintenance jobs and Coordinate and follow up with Material department buyers and vendors for possible speed up the process.
• Coordinates between outside Contractors & Vendors and maintenance execution and monitors the activities to ensure timely completion and demobilization (External Service work)
• Attend necessary regular planning and shutdown meetings
• Compiled Maintenance schedules to meet construction Engineer, project engineer and to track daily work progress.
• Prepared daily schedule, morning report, weekly report and monthly reports using MS- office.
