• Maintaning quality and safety as per requirement and specification throughout the projects.
• Prepation of quality control procedure,nde procedures and quality control plans.
• Establishing welding procedures specification,procedure quality records and qualifying welders as per procedure.
• Stage wise inspection during fabrication of piping at workshop and inspection of fabrication and installation / erection at site ( Offshore / Onshore ).
• Piping incharge for mechanical completion work.
• Invite client for acceptance after installation of pipe.
• Monitor and check all site installation of support,pipe,valves and instruments.
• Perform documentation work and do as-built drawing if any deficiencies in site and actual drawing.
• Raise non-compliance report if any work has been carried on site but not in aacordance in drawing as well as on the technical specification and standard.
• Planning and work scheduling to be carried out during construction.
