Log Data Acquisition, Log Evaluation, Editing,process and Interpretation of standard and special log data including RFT/MDT. Interpretation of cement evaluation, RST, PLT and Corrosion logs. Development petrophysicist(PDO, Muscat and ONGC, INDIA)

Petrophysical studies has been carried out for many oil and tight gas fields having step contacts and compartmentalization in clastics and carbonate reservoirs. SCAL data has been analyzed and petrophysical parameters are derived. Parameters sensitivity and Uncertainties has been established for different scinario’s. Integreted MDT data and estimated Fluid contacts and pemiabilities . Developed saturation height functions for different fields based on cap curves and also from saturation values calculated from log data. Poro-perm relations has been established and tested permeabilities. Suitable Logging programs has been planned and executed for Horizontal and multi lateral wells for development.

Carried out special project on low resistivity thin beds ( 1 to 3 mts thick ) analysis and recommended several wells for testing. Plan and supervised cost effective logging programs based on earlier drilling history and requirement. Geoframe , Landmark, Strip and Techlog softwares has been used to process the log data and generate reservoir summation and reservoir description logs. Petrohysical data has been presented for peer reviews prior to integrate in static ,dynamic and integrated models. Mentoring young professionals. Solaris work station administration and log data management.

Well reservoir management petrophysicist(ONGC, INDIA)

Sick wells and high water & gas cut wells has been identified in both on-land and offshore based on production profile. Log data and production data has been analyzed and work over jobs has been planned and carried out to shut water and gas. Promoted cost effective logging programs to identify high gas and water cut . Supervised & Monitored logging operations including TLC, TPL, TCP, PLT, LWD, MWD and Corrosion. Introduced new technologies for better evaluation methods. Gas & oil contact has been identified using cost effective cased hole TDT logs in old wells. Studied all OH & surveillance logs ( Cased hole) for enhanced oil recovery. Implemented New technologies for better evaluation methods and business process. Prepared many Testing proposal for the wells drilled in onland and offshore based on the log , MDT and Geological data. Carried out real-time formation evaluation in support of drilling operations for Bombay high offshore field and presented the data for completion meetings.
Associated with Gaffiny & Cline Associates, U.K for Bombay high production challenges and own oil recovery. Production problems has been critically studied in the synergy team closely with all the available log data, reservoir production behavior & characters and other geological information. Recommended few layers to reopen/open , which yielded a big success with in short duration.
As logging engineer recorded all type of open hole and cased logs using Halliburton and Sodesep logging equipment. Evaluated all type of standard and vintage logs (Russian logs) of Assam oil Field. Actively participated in well completion meetings. Undergone many technical and management trainings.
