1. Summary (Cover Letter) - CV/Resume Part 1 [Mandatory]
I believe that my educational background in maritime transport along with my professional experience makes me a good candidate for this position.
I’m the graduate of navigation (Master of Science) daily. During my 8-years education at Maritime Academy in Gdynia ( Poland) I spent more than 1 year onboard training and cargo ships with international crew as Deck Cadet and Ordinary Seaman what gave me a very good base of practical knowledge apart to the theory lectured at school. The nature of work onboard the vessel under typical conditions is well known for me but the position I am applying for would be a big challenge mostly because of the direct contact with new technologies. This is great prospect for me to start the career and develop my technical knowledge regarding such interesting area of offshore industry like seismic survey is. I also believe that my theoretical knowledge relating to the systems of sea transport as well would be useful for your company in the future.
For more detailed information about my personal details and experience, please see my CV and application letter (I have attached an additional application letter to give you all information about my professional certificates). I am eager to further discuss my qualifications during the interview. Thank you in advance for your generous consideration.
