2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
• In conjunction with relevant managers and supervisors, develop detailed activity plans for each operation.
• Respond in preparing project planning procedures defining programme requirements, levels of detail, programme formats, resource planning requirements, progress assessment methods, reporting requirements and frequency.
• Planning, Scheduling & Tracking of Projects using PRIMAVERA /SAFRAN Project / MS Project.
• Assign resources and cost.
• Provide planning support for planned shutdowns and offshore activities.
• Prepare planning information for reports. Incorporate changes to the scope of work into programmes, histograms and progress curves.
• Attends all necessary meetings as identified by relevant Operations Manager.
• Recommends and develops additional programmes and reports as appropriate to inform and enhance management capabilities.
• Preparing weekly & Monthly schedules.
• Preparing Overall Progress S-Curves as well as S-Curves for various disciplines.
• Coordination with discipline Engineers and Procurement on a regular basis to update project status as well as to highlight areas of concern.
• Design, customize and Manage Project Data base.
• Respond to the requirements of the project under the direction of the Lead Planning Engineer using Primavera Software.
• Production of the project performance reports.
• Preparing Progress S-Curves indicating planned, actual and forecast for Fabrication and Engineering activities.
• Preparing Overall & Craft wise Fabrication & Engineering Histograms.
• Provide planning, project monitoring and control services, weekly & monthly progress reporting to Clients.
• Maintain Project Data base.
• Generate Internal Management monthly reports for projects, based upon current status and forecast completion estimates.
• Coordination with Discipline Engineers and Procurement on a regular basis to update project status as well as to highlight areas of concern.

• Bachelor of Technology in Civil Engineering with first class from Govt. Engineering College (Calicut University), Thrissur, India, 2004
