Responsible for projects & maintenance of the Plant Instrumentation system.

Plant Maintenance
 Planning & implementing the maintenance schedules for improving the overall reliability and safety of plant, personnel and processes.
 Tracking daily breakdowns, implementing preventive maintenance programmes to improve the efficiency of the system or the equipment undergoing maintenance.
 Preparing costs reports on spare parts, inventory, labour and machines for resources planning, budgeting, scheduling and executing preventive/ predictive maintenance activities.
 Monitoring the execution of contract jobs, for awarded contracts for carrying out routine maintenance jobs and other maintenance of the job/quality of the job and the job clearing of contractor bills.
 Planning scheduling and executing inspection works in accordance with the statutory requirements of pressure vessels.
 Imparting training to operational staff in proper use of the new system
