PLANT HSE REGULATIONS.
Pre-commissioning, Commissioning, Start up, Shutdown the Plant.
PLC, DCS, Instrumentation Operation.
Static & Rotary Equipments Operation: Tanks, Vessel, Reactor, Converter, Centrifuge Pump, Steam Turbine Compressor, Gas Turbine Generator.
Waste water management systems: Oily water sanitary treatment
PFD and P&ID.
2- Drilling Fluids Operation:
RIG HSE REGULATIONS.
WBM: Sildril, Ultradril, Glydril Systems (for Vertical and Directional well)
OBM: Novatec System.
Mud Properties: Control MW, PV,YP, FV, Rheology, Alkaline, Drill solids, OWR, Fluid loss, Mud cake to the Mud reach top performance.
Mud Displacement: Calculate mud volume for displace SW, Gel CMC, WBM, OBM, Brine mud.
Cement Contamination: Pre – treat, dump cement contaminated mud
