Duties & Responsibilities:-
 Design for Instrument , Control and power .Type of motor and drive selection .co operate with project specification .
 Selection area and classification Zone for suitable project specification requirements.
 Processing control panel Design ,depend P & id and D & id,
 Using PLC and HMI monitoring and control skid and units
 Write the program for PLC and HMI .{Siemens ,AB RS logic 500 and 5000}.
 Implementation and commissioning {until performance test}
 Prepare FAT and SAT documentation .control philosophy .
 As Built and operation & maintenance Documentation books.
 Hand over project .

MAINTENANCE ENGINEER:
 Handle my above all core type machinery and troubleshooting ,find malfunction check utilities ,guide and advice breakdowns trouble maintenance technician .
 Perform preventive maintenance, Handle all hind of the Instruments and electronics equipments Repair rectifiers, reports the break down summary for each week and monthly. .
 Upgrading ,modification projects and the major repairs.
 Follow up with the vendor during their services .
 Assist the facilities supervisor on facilities projects.
 Estimated electrical, purchase request summary controlling.

