I am an IIW-qualified welding engineer and inspection specialist with 10 yrs experience in fabrication field. I am writing with regard to your advertisement for the above position which I am very interested in and would like to apply for.

As you will see from my CV which I enclose, I am currently employed by Hirbodan EPC company as their field QA/QC manager (FQM) based at ILAM Gas Treating plant project in IRAN. I manage a team of 16 inspectors and my position involves preparation and qualification of procedures (welding , NDT, hydrotest ...) , DWG/document reviews, material inspection, welding/NDT/PWHT, pressure testing, pickling/passivation , coating/painting and soil/reinforcing-bar/concrete tests. I’m also coordinating weekly meetings with contractors and resolving rising issues during construction.

I Started my career as a welder at age of 16 and continued to work as welding technician / welding inspector , when I was studying at Isfahan University of technology (IUT).
I’ve received proper training and got qualifications/certifications like:

• BGAS-qualified painting inspector grade 3.2
