My tasks included re-routing of the instrument air lines associated with the control valves on the fuel gas lines due to the renewal and re-routing of the fuel gas lines. While Offshore in Angola onboard the FPSO MONDO for Halliburton I was involved in a variety of tasks including,manufacture and installation of all instrument piping connections to the umbilical head using 3/8" 1/2" and 1" Autoclave and Swagelok. I was also involed In the fitting of the Pig reciever to the flowlines, also the flooding of the lines and monitoring the lines till the point of recieving the Pig.I was also Involved in the high pressure testing (upto 780 bar),set up of test equipment and monitoring of the umbilical during the test periods as per the procedure. I am at present on board FPSO GREATER PLUTONIO in Block 18 Angola carrying out Instrument piping mods, testing and flushing of the subsea umbilicals.
