Presently I am employed with SREI Group in the capacity of Vice President (Projects). Here, I am involved in finalization of Contract Documents, RFQ, RFP, Concession Agreement, Design & Drawings of one of the most prestigious projects of India in Infrastructure Development Sector named as "Ganaga Expressway Project", 1047 Kms. long 8 Lane expressway, connecting Greater Noida to Balia (Bihar Border) in the state of Uttar Pradesh costing Rs.30,000 Crores. I am heading the technical side of infrastructure division, BOT Projects, in particular. I have a long and good exposure on BOT Projects as I had been associated with D S Constructions Ltd. for almost 5 long years, which only undertake BOT Projects, where I was involved in almost every aspect of a BOT Project right from inception (review and finalisation of design & drawing, DPR, traffic studies, tolling strategy, contract administration etc.) to execution and finally toll collection .

I have an equally good exposure on DPR studies, preparation of design and drawing of Highway Projects as I was associated with Sheladia - PBI - MRC for DPR studies and later construction supervision of NH-5, NH-6, NH-60 in Orissa and Andhra Pradesh (Vizag).

Over 13 years of varied experience in execution, planning, monitoring, design, costing, tendering and billing of Highway Projects, Bridges & Structures. The major thrust areas include Execution of Highway Projects both Flexible and Rigid Pavements, as per MORT&H Specifications, IRC Guidelines and FIDIC norms along with detailed Planning, Budget Preparation, Monitoring, Contractual Correspondences, Claims, Liaison with Govt. Officials, Client and Consultant etc. Responsible for execution of over 6 Lakh tons of bituminous work in flexible pavement and over 3 lakh Cu m of DLC & PQC in Rigid Pavement in various capacities, on five national highway projects of NHAI (World Bank aided). Responsible for execution of two major national highway projects on BOT.

• Bachelor of Engineering (Civil) in 1994.
Training and Projects
1. Full time training on computer aided design (CAD) softwares like MOSS, InRoads, AutoCAD Rel.14, STAADIII and AutoCIVIL Ver.8.0 from the authorised training institute of Research Engineers Inc., USA.
2. One month rigorous training on GIS Application and Development at Electronic Research and Development Corporation of India (ER & DCI), Noida, Dept. of Electronics, Govt. of India. Had the opportunity to attend the biggest ever conference on GIS, Map India ‘98 held at Jamia Hamdard, New Delhi and several other conferences on GIS Application and Development.
3. One month industrial training in Bihar Rajya Zal Parishad (Biswas Board/Ganga Pariyojna ) pertaining to the knowledge on treatment of disposed sewage.
4. Worked thoroughly in project namely “Effective Water Distribution System In Bijapur City” sponsored by KSCST during my final year in Civil Engineering degree course.
