2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]
I started work in 1998 as a graduate trainee for Aker-Kvaerner. Within a few years I was running small pipestress projects as the lead engineer overseeing the work, scheduling, and estimating for a team of two to three other pipestress engineers.
For the past three years I have been a contractor within the industry working on Oil and Gas projects.

Educated to Masters Degree level at Portsmouth University. I was trained as a pipestress engineer for several years at Aker-Kvaerner before becoming a contractor. In order not to fall behind I now read pipestress related articles whenever the opportunity presents itself and I also often use the internet to research relevant topics.

I am an experienced user of both CAESAR and Triflex pipestress analysis packages. I am also familiar with PDS Smartplant and PDMS review having used both in the past for model review purposes related to pipestress and pipe support functions.
I am also familiar with the standard Windows packages for wordprocessing, spreadsheets, internet, e-mail etc etc.
