2006 - 2007 Employed by Safety Dept. in Ship Management Company (61 vessel managed) performing the followings duties :
a) DPA (Designed Person Ashore) of 21 vessels of the Fleet
b) ISM (International Safety Management) Internal Auditor
c) Monitoring DOC (Document Of Compliance) and SMC (Safety Management Certificate) with Class / Flag
d) Safety Inspection and Internal Audit (on board vessel / Office)
e) Monitoring of non ISM conformity, ensuring that corrective action are taken as necessary

1999 – 2006 Employed by HSE Dept. performing following duties :
a) HSE Coordinator for Off Shore Project (installation of Jackets, Decks, sealines)
b) HSE Advisor for construction news vessels and Refurbishment
c) HSE Auditors for Shipyards

Tasks : 1) Develops and manages the Corporate Safety & Environmental System in accordance with applicable safety standards and legislation, safety policies, organisational assets and existing operating procedures
2) Monitors the Safety & Environmental System and improve it through the preparation and implementation of internal system and project inspections
3) Provides the necessary back – up to the Purchasing Management regarding supplier and sub-contractor certification activities by assessing the Safety & Environmental System of said suppliers and sub-contractors
4) Provides personnel with the training necessary to implement the Safety & Environment System
5) Provides the necessary back-up to the Sales Management regarding company pre-certification activities and the formulation of offers

1992 – 1999 Employed by Naval Technical Office, as Marine Superintendent..

1981 – 1990 Navigation : spend as Engineer Cadet, 3rd Engineer and 2th Engineer on board vessels (Gas Tankers, container ships, Oil Tankers, Bulk Carriers) with naval propulsion supercharged endothermic two stroke slow engines (GMT, Sulzer, B&W) and four stroke engines (Deutz, Mack, Pielstick) as well as turbines (H.P. and L.P. steam turbines – CNR, Kawasaki incorporated in heat regeneration cycles).
