Effective management of offshore activities on Dynamically Positioned Dive Support Vessel.
Responsible for technical interface with the Clients and Sub Contractors.
Controlling good and open communication between parties involved.
Ensuring safety of operations and cost effectiveness.
Maintaining high level overview of Company and legislation documentation.
Participation in audits, inspections and board meetings.

All of my experience within my present organization has required great flexibility as I am working with multinational individuals and different levels of education.

In order to achieve high standards of health and safety I am planning to study and to achieve NEBOSH International General Certificate.

2. Work Experience - CV/Resume Part 2 [Mandatory]

Since November 2000 - Marine Management level including but not limited to :

Effective management of offshore activities in liaison with all Contractors to ensure that the objectives of approved programs of work are met, while complying with Company and Local statutory policies and standards.

Supervision of subsea operations ensuring safe performance with cost effective manner.

Providing input and identifying any changes to ensure operability and minimizing time and cost. Technical interface with Clients and Sub Contractors, analysis and approval of proposed methods and equipment.

Ensuring overall integrity of the subsea systems together with safety and environmental friendly

on going operation.

Continuously evaluating subsea & diving & rov & survey operations, as well as topside operations, with the view to identification, recommendation and implementation of safety improvement and performance.

Control of good and open communication at the work site – promoting a culture of involvement and participation.

Development of contingency plans. Responsible for Safety & Personal Effective maintenance of Performance through HS&E and STOP program.

Assessment of personal performance and effectiveness of work practices and systems with the view of continuous improvements to systems and team performance.

Maintaining high level overview of all required, Company’s and legislation procedures and documentation. Liaising with Subcontractor’s representatives to produce all progress reporting.

As Senior Management participation in audits, inspections and board meetings.

Identifying opportunities arising from ongoing activities in the view to future Company’s contracts and assignments.



Employment history

Currently working for rapidly growing offshore company with well known background in the industry, on Dynamically Positioned Diving Vessels class DP3 & DP2, engaged in sub-sea construction, diving and survey operations. Chartered for following Clients: GUPCO BP, SAIPEM, AGIP, ENI, CalDive, Harris MCS USA, Phoenix Int. USA, Impresub, CNS, GB Diving, Petro Canada, OHM.

Working for project teams in Egypt, Israel, Tunisia, Libya, North Sea Dutch, British & Norwegian sectors.

Previous offshore and deep sea experience in maritime industry on foreign flag vessels with multinational crew, since May 1988, including: Seismic Survey, ROV Survey, Heavy Lift, RO-RO, Containers, Bulk Carriers, General Cargo, Reefers and Passengers.
