• Configuring the Enterprise Structure covering Client, Company Code, Plant, Storage Location, and Purchase Organization.

My nature of job in ship is operation and maintenance of machineries like discharging of oil in port, maintaining oxygen content while discharging operation and maintenance of cargo oil pump turbine( both steam and Electric),Oxygen Analyser,Generator ,boiler, inert gas system, fresh water generator,purifier,air compressor,etc.


Technical Roles:

Starting up and paralleling of generators, trying out safety trips. Decarbonisation of Generator(ie) Renewing piston rings, checking liner wear and cracks, checking of gudgeon pin and ovality of connecting rod bearing, Doing NDT(Dye penetrant test) for connecting rod Bearing(shell type),checking crank pin dia ,crankcase inspection, Taking all measurements like liner wear, groove clearance Butt clearance ovality, crank pin. Taking monthly performance of generator like peak pressure lub oil test, crankshaft deflection, turbocharger turbine side cleaning by chemical, taking indicator card for main engine(two stroke),Assisting with senior for decarb of main engine, stuffing box over hauling. Doing boiler blow down, gauge glass blow through, over hauling of boiler burner, compressor, non return valve etc. Doing boiler water test, main engine cooling water test. Also raising spares requisition spare parts consumed in one month and taking inventory of spare parts every month and checking of received spare parts and invoice. Also submitting of all records of performance of Generator compressor purifier, spares received, consumed for every month, to chief engineer. For above operation and maintenance. I am having certificate of competency (operation level).issued by DG.shipping government of India. also having license of marine engineer issued by dg shipping hongkong.also having dangerous cargo endorsement certificate, crude oil tanker familiarization certificate issued by dg shipping government of India. Familiar with all machineries safety and maintenance of all fire extinguishers like dry chemical powder, mechanical foam, corbandioxide.Totally i am having SEVEN YEARS of experience in mechanical Field.
