I have worked with Kotak Mahindra Bank as customer-care executive gained deep insight documentation procedure. The main task involved thorough checking of the documents for opening current account, having the documents scanned, showing rejections handling customers, reviewing status of account and updating customers.

I have worked as Personal Secretary at Universal Orthosystems Pvt. Ltd., an orthopedic instruments company. I would like to join you and put in to practice the knowledge and skills developed from Shri Dinesh Mills Ltd., Kotak Mahindra Bank, ICICI Bank and Universal Orthosystems Pvt. Ltd.

Ø Customer Services: Have been developed whilst working at ICICI Bank and Universal Orthosystems, as I was constantly working with various clients understanding their needs and delivering satisfactory results.

- As an Assistant to the Executive Director.

- Organising and managing the work related to Mill retail shop as and when required.
- Doing online visa for USA, tickets booking & passports renewals.
