• General Administration i.e. liaison with external agencies such as raw material suppliers , local and abroad agencies for product marketing.
• To minimize the matter of long & chronic Absenteeism case.
• Disciplinary Action: Counselling, issue advisory, cautionary & warning letters , charge sheets.
• Taking active part in different committees at plant like canteen, sports, transport, safety.
• Active member to conduct camp of health checkup, Eye checkup, Blood donation in the plant.
• Responsible for updating News board and paper cutting files.
• Responsible for look after company accommodations , Vehicles and schools .
• Travels throughout and abroad state for expansion of marketing of product with Sales Team. .
• Suggested new products that increased earnings by 23%.

• Short listing Resume regarding requirement of companies and taking interviews , laisoning with various companies for their requirements.

• Settled two Labours Case at office of Regional Labours Commissioner regarding Gratuity Demands.
