I have a large experience in Fixed Equipment Inspection.
I started as NDT technician and today I manage a section of 8 Inspectors that assures Reliability and SHE of an Oil Refinery. I'm applying constantly the last technology in Inspection services. I also developed RBI for the Refinery since 1993-1994.
I also manage the QA/QC of Maintenance repairs and for large projects I act as Non Process Quality Control.
Since 1988 I was in charge of all reactor and complex pressure vessel construction QA/QC.
I also developed Inspection database for the Refinery since 1985 and can design, develop and write in code any kind of Inspection database you need.
Since 2001 I'm in charge of everything in Fixed Equipment Inspection management, budget & cost control included.
I can Train Inspectors for you in three languages, English, Spanish, Italian.

Current Employment
Inspection head in ExxonMobil Campana Refinery Argentina. 26 Years of experience in fixed Equipment Inspection. In charge of all Fixed Equipment Inspection and QA/QC including Contractor Management, new hired Inspector training, Technology improvement and cost control. Expertise in Coke Drum Inspection & mechanical monitoring, Piping Stress analysis and skilled in Computer Software development for the Inspection Activity (since 1985). Leader in the implementation of Risk Based Inspection.
Current position (since 2001) involves a team of 8 Inspectors and 12 NDT Technicians. I have the total management of Inspection activity Including short term inspections, QA/QC for long term projects, cost management, training and new technology incorporation. Inspection program is based on Equipment strategy (RBI) I developed during late 90's early 00's. Last year, we started the Piping Equipment Strategy Development based on Company standards similar to API 571/580/581. All the activity is risk based.
